Departing from Mal País, we follow the spectacular coastline of Cabo Blanco, passing secluded beaches, rocky headlands, and lush tropical forest that meets the sea. Along the way, we often encounter seabirds, sea turtles, rays, and other wildlife that call this protected coastline home.
After enjoying the journey by boat, we arrive in Montezuma and begin our adventure to the famous waterfalls. A short walk through the jungle and across hanging bridges leads us to a beautiful natural pool at the top of the waterfall, where you can swim, relax, and enjoy the refreshing freshwater surrounded by tropical forest.
Before returning, you'll have time to experience the laid-back atmosphere that has made Montezuma one of Costa Rica's most beloved beach towns.
This experience combines everything that makes this corner of Costa Rica so special: the ocean, the jungle, hidden beaches, waterfalls, wildlife, and the simple joy of exploring at a slower pace.
